IT System Maintenance Works

Please be informed that scheduled bank IT system maintenance works will take place over the weekend — from 29 May at 20:00 until 31 May at 20:00.

These works will help introduce new technological solutions and improve customer service.

During the maintenance period:

• information displayed in the internet bank and mobile app, including account balances, will not be updated and may be incomplete;
• processing of incoming and outgoing payments, including instant payments and card account top-ups, will be unavailable; payment processing will resume after the completion of the maintenance works;
• purchases and cash withdrawal transactions using payment cards will operate without restrictions; these transactions will be supported based on the account balance at the end of 29 May;
• the Brokerage Department on 29 May will operate until 20:00 and will resume work on 1 June.

We kindly ask you to complete any necessary payments and other important transactions in advance to avoid inconvenience and possible delays.
